Stoicism

1) Reflect on life, find isolation from others.

2) Journal thoughts, questions & dreams. 3 gratitude's.

3) Set intentions, not goals. Don't focus on outcomes.

4) Embrace discomfort, endure, thrive. It's for your spirit

5) Practice mindfulness and meditation.

6) REVISIT stoic teachings. Also religious texts.

7) Practice Amor Fati: love of one's fate. Don't be enemy


1) Never give negative talk about you nor judge others

2) Don't brag and boast about self improvement/status

3) Don't be a glutton with anything, use moderation

4) Don't be a big mouth, listen more than you speak

5) Don't be focused on future outcomes; uncontrollable

6) Focus on the present, be mindful & observe thoughts

7) Control your reactions & reduce unnecessary stress

9) Don't be ungrateful. Appreciate and show gratitude.

10) Avoid complaining/whining (feminine). Solve them

11) Enhance relationships and increase productivity


1) Walk away/detach from people & situations for clarity

2) Phone off and distance from social media

3) Fast, walk/exercise, read/write, stretch/qigong, stare

Strengthen fists, elbows, shins & knees wood/concrete

4) Establish boundaries, control emotions, take breaks

5) Practice empathy, sharing, & healthy eating/drinking


1) Move on in silence w/o justifying a person's actions

2) Avoid raising your voice (alpha). Leads to stress/HBP

3) AVOID comparing yourself to others & seek approval

4) Let go of unrealistic/unnecessary expectations/goals

5) Celebrate small victories w/ no rushing, have patience

6) When the uncontrollable hurts stop clinging to it

7) Stop caring and the results will come when ready

8) Become a minimalist and ravel light through life

9) Silence is power, stop reacting, stop overthinking.

10) Be aware of the dangers of fortune. Health the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.


The 4 mirror principle (envisioning you already have success/peace/enlightenment, etc) Be still and know that I am


1) Unity in heart and mind. Thinking and feeling I can and I will.

2) Clarity of image/vision. Don't talk about what you want to move away from, rather what you want to move towards.

3) The delay principle - thinking about something long enough.

4) the reflection principle - once you become greatful internally and externally. Don't react and get lost in the "loses" constantly. Give in to long-term optimism. Attitude towards yourself and towards your wealth (paradigm). Change the image first and then do what's necessary in the moment to see it change.


The mirror cycle - identity shift. Who you pretend to be you're likely to be with time.


Turn challenges into triumph, stress into strength, uncertainty into clarity. He who looks outside dreams but he who looks inside awakens.


1) Don't explain or complain about someone's bad attitude. Move on, do not help them openly. Rmv them.

2) Abandon unnecessary goals. Acquire what is in your natural being (essence). Protect your plans and align.

3) Others don't need to know about your relationships.

4) Avoid raising your voice and contain your frustration. Redirect that energy.

5) Avoid showing judgement of someone. Be diplomatic.

6) Avoid comparing yourself to others. Everyone has different strengths and life paths. Avoid constant use of social media. Break free from external approval.

7) Trust your intuition, value your self esteem. Surround yourself with people who support your individuality.

8) Let go of unreal expectations. Waste of energy. Practice acceptance. Celebrate small wins

9) Prevent gossip and negativity. Support, encourage, and uplift others. Practice empathy. Say to yourself would I want this said about me.


1) Laugh Everytime you get angry or irritated (not fake). Transmutate to your purpose or hobbies.

2) Do not accept what you do not desire.

3) Whatever the mind conceive/believe can be achieved
